There is a certain set of documents and information we will require from you at all times. When we will get it earlier, we will have you registered with us and will be able to assist you better and faster. Also, having these documents will allow us to do everything else via e-mail. We do not spam, we will only send you important information about Tax & Super, when it’s due.

If you’re in Sydney, please drop to our office with your passport and we’ll get it all done within 5 minutes, including copies and certification.

Otherwise, please send the below documents via post:

– Power of Attorney (click for more info)
– Authority to correspond via e-mail in confidential matters
– passport photocopy – certified by a Justice of the Peace – photo page, visa page and all Australian entries and departure stamps.

– passport photocopy – not certified – photo page, visa page and all Australian entries and departure stamps. The not-certified photocopies can be replaced by a scan.

Information about yourself – this can be e-mailed (whatever you can provide us now)

2. Last name
3. Date of birth
4. Tax File Number
5. Your current address
6. Your phone number
7. Date of arrival to Australia
8. Predicted date of departure from Australia (if known)
9. Your bank account details: BSB, Account number and Account name: (your name or joint owners’ names?)
